mixed feelings about this stay

ineffective windows ineffective curtains
the location was very central, and that was acceptable.
It was noisy. The Windows didn't block any street sounds. the curtains were also ineffective at blocking light. i found the lack of soundproofing and light control impacted my sleep QUALITY.

Excellent City Center Stay

convenient kitchenette central location friendly staff
I appreciated the kitchenette in my room. It included a fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery. I also found tea, coffee, and milk. The location was very central to shops and public transport. The staff was friendly and offered baggage assistance.
Street noise was noticeable despite double glazing, and earplugs were provided.

Excellent Stay!!!

The room was really clean, and the shower was lovely. I was delighted with the location and proximity to the Guildhall. The location is great. It is close to EVERYTHING in the city. Check-in was really straightforward too.
The front ground floor room lacked a privacy screen on the window. I felt obliged to close the curtains at times.

constant street noise extractor fan
the noise was definitely a problem. i could hear everything happening on the street outside, so street noise was constant. the extractor fan also turned on randomly throughout the night, that was weird. it was really hard to get any sleep, honestly.

Excellent City Center Stay

passcode system efficient kitchenette comfortable chair
I found the check-in process quite efficient because of the passcode system. The convenient kitchenette included a microwave, a very good size fridge. tea and coffee. I also appreciated the comfortable padded chair and fold-down wall table..
My room faced the street, and the noise levels were quite high between 11 PM and 2 AM. Additional soundproofing could improve the stay.
